About the role
As our Content Marketing Lead, you will be the key driver of Channext's ambition to become the #1 thought leader worldwide for Channel Partnerships. You do this through content like podcasts, in-depth articles, co-marketing webinars, customer cases, and our newsletter. You love involving our subject matter experts, customers, and channel professionals in the content creation process. You collaborate weekly with our Customer Success, Partner, Product, and Sales teams to produce the best content.
You're responsible for developing, planning and implementing Channext's content strategy;
Manage a team of 4, one full-time Motion Graphics Designer, 2 Content Marketers (0.6 fte combined), and Design Intern;
Distribute our thought leadership content (blogs, podcasts, and videos) via social media and our newsletter;
Monitor & analyze content performance to determine what content to work on next quarter;
Collect customer feedback and share it with the rest of the content team so we continuously create high-quality content;
Own our Customer and Field event (live + digital) strategy;
Ensure product launch success through customer education efforts such as best practices, videos, and other educational tactics to increase adoption and revenue;
