How? Our software makes partner marketing and engagement easy and scalable, while tracking every partner interaction to help our customers measure what’s driving growth and what not. Last year we raised a €4.5M Series A round and doubled our team size to more than 50 employees. Now we are seeking a Customer Success Manager to join our mission. 🚀

About the role

As Customer Success Manager at Channext you’ll be working one-on-one with some of the world’s leading tech brands to be their trusted advisor on their Channel ecosystem. You’ll be driving value for the customer during the post-sales journey. It's a generalist role with onboarding, Quarterly Business Reviews, creating and presenting business cases while driving revenue expansion.


Key responsibilities

  • You are dedicated to fulfilling our customer goals, explaining why Channext can meet their specific needs, which creates an opportunity to introduce Channext to their global colleagues.

  • You are commercially driven to overachieve a net revenue target.

  • Have a hands-on approach with our clients, demonstrating to stakeholders through both operational effectiveness and client communication.

  • Define (and continuously refine) customer success best practices and make sure our playbooks are continuously improved.

  • Collaborate with our product & marketing teams to develop an integrated customer experience.

  • You are able to create and coordinate a best practice customer success meeting cadence with customers in different tiers.

  • Experience with CS tech stack/ CS automation (currently using Hubspot as our CRM)

  • Cross functional collaborate with our product, sales & marketing teams to develop an integrated customer experience.

Job requirements

About you:

  • You are fluent (written & verbal) in Dutch & English.

  • You have been in a commercial CSM role for 2+ years (preferably SaaS/start-up environment).

  • You enjoy executing & continuously improving revenue-focused customer success cycles.

  • You understand the importance of CRM hygiene & have a data mindset.

  • You want to develop & prove your Customer Success skills by being an individual contributor, (over)achieve targets and from there accelerate.

  • You are an energetic team player.

  • You love speaking to customers and understanding and solving their problems, and have excellent verbal and written communication skills

  • You’re happy working in a changing environment and are adept at juggling multiple priorities at a time.

  • You are result-oriented. A successful customer is most important to you.
