Customer Success parttime job (native German)

Therefore, we are seeking a part-time customer success employee (native German) to hop on board and join our mission.🚀
About the job
As our customer success specialist, you'll be the face of the company to the German users of our platform. Your key responsibility is to create a great onboarding experience for resellers and reply fast to support questions. You will help resellers with onboarding and advise them to maximize the platform value for them. Onboarding with resellers will be mainly via phone & video calls, plus answering support questions through e-mail & live chat. Besides this, you're also having regular update meetings with our German-speaking customers. You're proactive & always helping with a smile, and partner with your colleagues to onboard resellers and answer all their questions.
