We’re looking for a highly analytical, detail-driven ROI & Data Analytics Intern to help us scale and improve one of the most critical processes in the company: ROI analysis.

About the job
In this role, your primary focus will be running, improving, and optimizing ROI analyses for our customers. These analyses are essential to demonstrating the success of partner campaigns and directly influence customer trust, renewals, and growth.
Alongside this core responsibility, you’ll support the Product and Customer Success teams with data-heavy operational tasks such as partner list uploads and monthly reporting. You’ll become a key contributor to one of Channext’s most important projects and gain hands-on experience in how a SaaS scale-up proves and scales commercial impact.
This is a 6-month, hands-on internship where accuracy, ownership, and analytical thinking truly matter.
What you’ll be doing
Core Focus: ROI Analysis:
Preparing, executing, and maintaining ROI analyses for customers
Increasing the frequency of ROI reporting while ensuring high data quality
Improving and optimizing existing ROI models, templates, and workflows
Identifying inconsistencies, gaps, or improvement opportunities in ROI data
Working closely with PMs and CSMs to ensure analyses align with customer reality
Data & Operational Support:
Uploading, validating, and maintaining partner lists
Supporting monthly customer reporting with data preparation and checks
Performing data enrichment, validation, and consistency checks
Supporting PM and CSM teams with data-heavy operational tasks
Helping improve internal processes, templates, and documentation
Running basic QA checks on data, dashboards, and configurations

Who you are
You’re someone who genuinely enjoys working with data and gets satisfaction from clean, accurate analysis:
Very comfortable with Excel - you can work confidently with formulas, structured data, and large datasets
Highly detail-oriented: you spot errors others miss
Comfortable working with repetitive or structured tasks when needed
Analytical mindset: you like understanding why numbers look the way they do
Curious and proactive about improving templates, models, and processes
Reliable and organized: you take ownership once trained
Experience with SaaS tools or analytics environments is a big plus, but not required.
