Call Agent @ Channext

At Channext, we’re on a mission to get 100,000 active partnerships onto our platform. As we grow, our Partner Development Team plays a key role in helping partners get started and stay active on Channext.

We’re now looking for a Call Agent to join our multilingual team. Someone who loves connecting with people, bringing energy to every call, and creating great first experiences for our partners. 

About the job

You’ll be connecting with partners of leading tech brands across the US and helping them get started with the Channext platform.

You’ll spend most of your day on the phone, chatting with partners, answering questions, and helping them register on the platform. If you love great conversations, a buzzing team atmosphere, and fast-paced work that keeps you engaged, you’ll fit right in at Channext!

Who are you?

• You are an effective communicator with outstanding interpersonal skills

• You are comfortable working with both activity and results-based targets

• You have the desire to work in a fast-paced, international environment

• You are fluent in English

• You are available to work US hours at least 3 days a week (14:00–22:00 CET)

• You can work from the Utrecht office at least 3 days a week
