Job description
At Channext, we help enterprise companies deliver the best channel-marketing content strategies through our platform. We’re looking for a Content Account Manager who can combine strong client-facing skills with a sharp eye for messaging. In this role, you’ll be the trusted advisor for our enterprise customers - leading creative kick-offs, capturing their goals, and turning them into compelling campaigns with the support of AI-driven workflows.

About the role
As our Content Account Manager, you’ll:
Lead customer onboarding and discovery sessions to capture goals, tone of voice, and messaging priorities.
Craft strong campaigns and create high-quality copy through structured and advanced briefing of our AI models.
Act as the main point of contact for your clients, building trusted relationships.
Report on campaign performance and translate metrics into insights and recommendations.
Proactively advise clients - suggesting improvements, introducing new product capabilities, and challenging ideas when needed.
Influence client campaign strategy while aligning with Channext’s platform capabilities.
Contribute to internal playbooks and AI-driven workflows to continuously improve our content and briefing process.
About you
You’re a motivated team player who’s eager to learn and grow. Ideally, you:
3+ years of experience in account management (agency or B2B SaaS background preferred).
Strong understanding of marketing, content, and messaging strategy.
Copywriting knowledge (you won’t write everything - but you know what great copy looks like).
Ability to analyze performance data and translate it into strategic insights.
Confident communicator with the ability to influence and advise clients.
Proactive, detail-oriented, collaborative, and innovative mindset.
