At Channext, we’re on a mission to become the largest channel partner platform in the world. As we scale, our marketing team plays a crucial role in driving our pipeline and attracting enterprise technology customers like Acronis, HP, and Microsoft for our platform. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team and be the key driver of our pipeline and company growth.
About the Role
In this role reporting to our Head of Marketing, you will be the key driver of our three most important pipeline sources: Accounts-Based Marketing, Events, and our Partnerships Unraveled Podcast. You thrive on being on the front line, engaging with customers and prospects while working closely together with Marketing, Sales and Customer Success. You’re not afraid to challenge existing ways of working, and you love trying new things.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a data-driven, creative demand gen strategy, aligned with our ABM GTM model and company growth objectives.
Plan, execute and optimize demand generation campaigns that engage and attract high-intent leads – including managing and further growing our popular podcast, Partnerships Unraveled, and enabling Channext’s ABM process.
Drive our events strategy and execution. Events are key in our market, we want to stand out and fetch the opportunity to build long-lasting relationships with customers at and after these events through a combination of visiting these events and organizing events ourselves.
Continuously measure demand gen performance against overall marketing objectives and pipeline goals, and provide recommendations based on key drivers to improve engagement and conversion.
Leverage tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Ads, and smart AI solutions (including Clay, Lemlist, Loom, and others) to drive repeatable engagement across multiple channels.
Work closely together with Business Development and Partner Development teams to optimize inbound and outbound demand.
Support content creation that is unique, sticky, and tailored to our target accounts and personas - from podcast invites and outbound sequences to event follow-ups and ABM plays.
Job requirements
Who are you?
3-5 years of experience in demand gen / growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
You love speaking to customers and prospects IRL, whether this is prepping them for a podcast episode, or engaging with them at an event.
Hands-on experience with CRM and demand gen tools: proficient in Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads/Navigator, and other relevant (AI) systems to optimize your process (including Clay, Lemlist, and more).
You thrive in a creative, innovative and rapidly growing environment where new (and sometimes crazy) ideas are embraced, we fail fast and win often, and we celebrate what we achieve together.
Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with sales, customer success, and product.
Near-perfect written and spoken English is a must; Dutch is a plus.
You’re happy to be in our Utrecht office 3 days a week.
