As we scale, our marketing team plays a crucial role in driving our pipeline and attracting enterprise technology customers like Acronis, HP, and Microsoft for our platform. We’re looking for a Demand Generation Manager to join our marketing team and be the key driver of our pipeline and company growth.
About the Role
in this high-impact role, you'll build and operate a predictable, scalable ABM demand generation engine that consistently delivers qualified sales opportunities by attracting, engaging, and converting the right ICP accounts across owned and outbound channels. This includes Tech Stack optimization (CRM, intent data access, outreach targeting and sequencing, dashboarding and A/B testing), cold outbound optimization, podcast process and conversion optimalization, and creative campaign management. This role ensures that the Channext Marketing team has a repeatable, AI-powered opportunity engine, tightly aligned with Revenue, that fuels pipeline and sustainable ARR growth.
Responsibilities:
Own end-to-end pipeline generation by building, running, and scaling Channext’s multi-channel demand engine.
Define and optimize the channel mix across organic/paid social, CRM lifecycle & nurture, podcast, events, and cold outreach (with BDR/Sales).
Drive full-funnel experimentation and performance optimization, improving conversion rates, velocity, and cost per opportunity.
Drive outbound ABM execution: ICP segmentation/prioritization, contact enrichment, messaging frameworks, personalization approach, and sequence testing (with Marketing & Revenue).
Build and maintain lead/account scoring plus attribution/intent model integrity to understand what truly drives opportunities.
Own CRM and automation: lifecycle design (awareness → engagement → opportunity), persona/stage-based nurture tracks, and data hygiene/enrichment.
Run dashboards and reporting for opportunity tracking, funnel performance, and actionable insights to steer weekly decisions.
Make the podcast a measurable demand channel: guest acquisition quality/quantity, distribution engine, and clear conversion mechanisms aligned to ICP expansion.
Ensure GTM alignment via tight feedback loops with Revenue on opportunity quality and with Marketing on narrative and campaign execution.
Job requirements
Who are you?
3-5 years of experience in demand gen / growth marketing in B2B SaaS.
You love speaking to customers and prospects IRL, whether this is prepping them for a podcast episode, or engaging with them at an event.
Hands-on experience with CRM and demand gen tools: proficient in Hubspot, LinkedIn Ads/Navigator, and other relevant (AI) systems to optimize your process (including Clay, Lemlist, and more).

Strong ability to work in cross-functional teams, collaborating closely with sales, customer success, and product.
Near-perfect written and spoken English is a must; Dutch is a plus.
