Digital Designer

At Channext, we're on a mission to become the largest channel partner platform in the world. As we scale, we know our design and content production are the key to that success. We’re looking for a Digital Designer who can create inspiring marketing assets and help us produce high performing content for our clients. 

About the job
You’ll create high converting digital campaigns for our B2B clients. You’ll design landing pages, social media assets and banners that are distributed through our platform to end users worldwide. You’ll work with multiple international clients simultaneously, each with their own brand guidelines and campaign requirements. Projects move quickly, so you’ll need to adapt fast and deliver quality work under tight deadlines.

What you’ll do
• Pixel perfect landing page designs optimised for conversion
• Attention grabbing social media visuals across platforms
• Display banners and campaign assets adhering to client brand guidelines
• Multi language campaign assets, adapting designs to accommodate different text lengths and localisation requirements
• Designs that resonate with B2B IT audiences and drive end user engagement
• Work with the development team to bring your designs to life
• Create and manage brand design systems and templates for each client

Who are you?
You have a strong attention to detail. You interpret and apply brand guidelines with precision, ensuring consistency across all client work. You grow your knowledge of design systems and best practices through continuous learning and client research. You welcome feedback as fuel to progress and improve outcomes.

• 1 to 2 years of professional experience as a designer in an agency or marketing team
• Proven portfolio demonstrating web design (landing pages) and social media work
• Good proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Figma
• Comfortable managing multiple client projects concurrently
• Professional English language skills, written and verbal
• Comfortable working in a fast paced, deadline driven environment
• Strong collaboration skills and able to work well within a small team
• Keen to grow your knowledge in design best practices such as accessibility and user experience
• You thrive in dynamic environments, building quality, well developed designs within strict delivery timelines
Able to work from our Utrecht office three days per week
