Now we are seeking an Inside Sales Manager to lead our multilingual Partner Development Team. 🚀

Job requirements

About the role
You lead the Sales Development Representatives in the Partner Team. Your focus is daily execution, team performance, and development. You work close to the team and stay involved in the details. On a typical day, you review activity and results, coach PDRs on live calls and meetings, remove blockers, and keep standards high. You set clear daily expectations around calls, meetings, and other targets. You act fast when performance drops and lead by example.

You own hiring, onboarding and training of new SDRs. You ensure scripts, cadences, and general sales methodology stay relevant and effective. In the first 3 months, you will personally run partner acquisition and onboarding to learn the motions of the team. You make calls, book meetings, and work leads yourself. This builds product knowledge, process mastery, and credibility with the team.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Partner team on a daily basis

  • Build and maintain a focused, high-performance culture in the team

  • Drive consistent daily activity discipline

  • Set and monitor clear activity and output targets

  • Act as the first point of contact for operational questions and run 1-2-1s

  • Recruit, onboard, and train new SDRs

  • Coach SDRs through live call listening and recording reviews for continuous improvement

  • Own performance reviews and development plans

  • Enforce sales methodology standards amongst all SDRs

  • Identify gaps early and take action


Who you are

  • You have 3 to 5 years of experience in commercial roles

  • You have at least 2 years of experience as an SDR or similar role, and at least 1 year of sales management experience

  • You are a culture player, able to build a high performing culture

  • You have experience coaching or leading others in a sales environment

  • You work comfortably with clear targets and feedback loops

  • You give direct feedback and hold high standards

  • You thrive in a fast-paced, metrics-driven setup
