Job description

Channext is looking for a Marketing Intern to support both our in-house marketing team and our Agency team. This hybrid role includes responsibilities across podcast production, social media content creation, and vendor campaign execution. You will work from our central Utrecht office and also possibility to work from home.

Responsibilities

Podcast & Social Media Support

  • Coordinate communication with podcast guests, including scheduling, preparation, and follow-up.

  • Write podcast titles, descriptions, and social media copy for platforms including LinkedIn, YouTube, and TikTok.

  • Edit and organize podcast files (.MP4 format), create thumbnails, and manage content storage in Google Drive.

  • Use tools such as Opus.pro to create video snippets and schedule posts across platforms.

  • Publish episodes on YouTube and Buzzsprout according to the release schedule.

  • Track podcast and social media performance using platforms like Google Analytics and Shield.


Agency Content & Campaign Execution

  • Uploading social post to the platform

  • Support the Channext Agency team in ensuring all vendors have a complete and up-to-date content calendar.

  • Execute against the quarterly campaign and content plans developed with customers.

  • Monitor timelines and deliverables to ensure campaigns are delivered on time and to scope.

Job requirements

  • Strong organizational and communication skills.

  • Comfortable working across multiple platforms and tools.

  • Interest in digital marketing, content production, or B2B SaaS is a plus.

  • Proactive attitude and ability to work independently within a hybrid team setup.

  • Available for a full-time internship starting in September (40 hours per week) for a minimum of 5 months.
