Job description
We’re looking for an energetic, detail-loving intern who wants to dive into the real operational engine behind a SaaS scale-up. You'll support the Product and Customer Success teams with key vendor-related activities and help keep our workflows running smoothly and accurately.
You’ll work closely with the PM and CSM teams to make sure vendor data, partner lists, reporting, and setup processes are ready for action, and you’ll learn exactly how enterprise customers operate behind the scenes.
This is a hands-on, execution-focused internship where you’ll become a critical part of our operations for 6 months.
Job requirements
What you’ll be doing
You’ll have clear ownership, once trained, over several operational tasks, including:
Vendor Operations:
Loading and verifying partner lists
Setting up new vendor accounts in the platform
Preparing and executing ROI analyses
Performing data enrichment and validation
Supporting monthly vendor reporting, including insights preparation
Process & Internal Support:
Helping improve internal processes and removing unnecessary friction
Supporting PM/CSM with ad-hoc operational tasks
Helping write guidelines, templates, and instruction documents
Running basic QA checks on data, dashboards, or configurations
Picking up recurring workflows based on priority and deadlines

Who you are
You don’t need advanced technical degrees, just a solid grasp of data fundamentals and a willingness to put in thoughtful, consistent work. We’re looking for someone who is eager to learn, ready to deliver, and not afraid to get into the details:
Detail-oriented and reliable: you double-check your work
Comfortable with repetitive tasks when needed
Data-savvy: you know your way around Excel/Sheets and formulas
Curious & proactive: you ask when unsure and explore improvements
Familiar with SaaS or digital tools (big plus!)
