Job description
At Channext we're on a mission to get 100.000 active partnerships onto our platform. As we scale, our partner team lead is crucial in driving our marketplace growth by acquiring, retaining, and expanding strong-fit Partners. You’ll lead a team of driven Business development reps, focusing on maximizing team performance.
What a week in the life of a BDR team lead can look like:
- Driving and monitoring the team to consistently meet and exceed performance targets.
- Having 1-1s with your team to provide ongoing feedback and coaching on sales challenges.
- Leading our weekly team meeting where you ensure that the team is set up for success.
- Attracting, interviewing, and onboard new team members ensuring they have the knowledge and tools to succeed from day one.
- Working closely with sales, marketing, and customer success to exceed our customer goals. You'll be working with world’s leading tech brands such as Apple, Microsoft, HP and Lenovo.
- Developing and implementing strategies to boost our partner connection rates.
- You'll be managed and coached by our VP of Revenue who has a proven track record of building talent within our company. Excellent accelerator of your growth!
Job requirements
What we’re Looking For:
- Strong people management skills, with a track record of driving high performance team success and fostering a positive, energetic culture.
- A data-driven mindset with the ability to monitor metrics, extract insights, and implement strategies based on findings.
- Skilled in cold calling techniques, prospecting tools, and CRM management; familiarity with AI tools and Hubspot is a plus.
- Excellent communication and coaching abilities, with an emphasis on collaboration and continuous improvement.
- Ability to pivot and implement improvements in a fast-paced, evolving environment.
