Job requirements

What you’ll be doing

You’ll be involved in day-to-day QA work, helping ensure new features and fixes meet our quality standards before reaching users. This includes:

  • Executing feature and project QA based on predefined test checklists

  • Retesting fixes and validating production bug fixes before issues are closed

  • Helping gather the right information for internally reported bugs and supporting the approval flow

  • Documenting expected behaviour, QA standards, and test scenarios

  • Assisting with QA-related research, tooling, and process improvements

  • Optionally helping write documentation and release notes for new features


What you’ll learn

You’ll gain hands-on experience in quality assurance, delivery processes, and how product teams collaborate in a SaaS environment. You’ll learn:

  • How quality assurance works in practice within a SaaS scale-up

  • How product decisions impact real users and how quality issues affect the overall user experience.

  • How to test new features, identify edge cases, and validate bug fixes

  • How product changes move from development to release

  • How to work with engineering teams and communicate findings clearly

  • How QA standards, test checklists, and documentation are created and used

  • How AI and tooling can support QA, documentation, and support processes

Who you are

You’re detail-oriented, curious, and interested in how digital products work behind the scenes. You are someone who:

  • Has strong organisational and communication skills

  • Is comfortable working with digital tools and platforms

  • Is detail-oriented and reliable, you double-check your work

  • Is comfortable with repetitive tasks when needed and understands why consistency matters

  • Is curious and proactive, you ask questions and look for improvements

  • Is interested in SaaS products, quality assurance, and product delivery

  • Is available for a full-time internship starting in February (40 hours per week) for a minimum of 5 months


What we offer

  • €500 per month internship compensation (based on a 40-hour work week)

  • Hybrid working: collaborating at our Utrecht office Mon, Wed and Fri and hybrid working days available Tuesday and Thursday.
